I have been a patient at the yale eye center for over 23 yrs for a reoccurring eye condition. Over the years I have had some exceptionally caring and experienced doctors, with the exception of 2 separate incidents. The first one was handled immediately and appropriately by department heads. Last year I had to go back for testing due to signs that my condition has reappeared. I was assigned to Dr. Faisyon, and was highly disappointed. Absoluetly horrible, for a "quick" check up I had to wait more than an hour. no matter how many times I told them if they can move me into a room already they said "yeah the next room available youre in" about 5 people left the rooms in 30 minutes but the doctor was no where to be found. Unbelievable
My doctor was amazing. She really knew what she was talking about and they really helped me out with my Keratoconus (however it's spelled. ) For the first time, I'm able to see well.
