My wife had a procedure done, she is still in pain and after 8 days no one called even to ask how is she doing!!! I edited the post, now is 3 weeks and still no phone calls.

I would give the techs & allied staff 5 stars, but the radiologists, a 1 (at York St. hospital Emergency Dept.). Geniuses refused to use dye with CT- Scan because of old allergies (1985), despite same scan, same hospital ~ 5 times prior (10 total) with premedication. Made me sit 4 hours after pumping me up with intravenous steroids, only to provide a useless scan, exposing me to the radiation and defying doctor-requested order to provide the scan WITH contrast (dye).
