The premises are protected with a keyless entrée system with security system. A lot of our renters take the train. No cats, no dogs, and no smoking.

I have lived here going on my third year now and love it. The staff over at Bishop Hill like Vanessa and Haylie are always so kind and amazing. The maintenance people respond quickly and fix whatever you ask for to be fixed. Very spacious. Hallways are always kept clean. No rodent issues. I just had a problem with the front and back doors not shutting and Craig and John responded within under two hours fixed both doors and now they both shut. Kitchen Renovated. Bedroom is spacious. Living room is a comfortable size to have a sectional couch. Big closet space. Air conditioner. No rodent issue. Maintenance do come with 24-48 hrs upon request. Hallways are kept clean. Walking distance to train station.
They have neighbors steal packages, mold Infested apartments. Ghetto and liberals are proud of this place haha
Hated this place. Charged for everything. Old carpets, no new paint, no maintainance, windows didn't open, filthy bathroom, kept my security dep. and wanted to charge more, landlady harasses you, glad to be out of that dump! Not to mention theTRAIN! DO NOT RENT HERE!!
