DO NOT USE YALE CLEANERS. This has been one of the most frustrating and unacceptable experiences I’ve ever had with a business. I originally received my son’s navy suit back, but it was still dirty — wrinkled and stained — so I returned it to be properly cleaned. After that, the entire suit went missing. About a week later, they “found” the jacket… but the pants are STILL missing. I was told they believe they may have given the pants to another customer. Let that sink in. Great service
Bought a formal dress off Facebook and noticed it had a stain after purchase. Took it in and they got the stain out and got the dress back the same day. Extremely pleased with the quality and the service. Great people work there as well!
