Every time I go there I have been real happy with there service. The people that work there are the nicest people you will ever meet. It’s owned by a Wonderfully family. Every time I go there the worker name Garrison is always so nice to me and he does amazing work. What a wonderful dry cleaners they are.
Excellent service! Their App keeps track history of every shirt/item you have brought in, and provides discount coupons. If item is brought in early, you can get it back same day!
I got hired on at the 101st and Sheridan cleaners by Linda. I filed with corporate and started 2 days later.. 1 week later I told Linda (the store manager) that I had a guardianship court date coming up on the 21st of December and then the next day Linda pulls me aside and terminates me because of lying on my application about being convicted of a misdemeanor/felony.. at least that's what she said corporate said. First of all, there was no background check authorized... second of all I called corporate ten minutes after this... read more

If I could give a zero, I would. We have given this cleaners multiple opportunities over the to correct errors, but they seem to never get any order right and then they don't have the since to honor their own coupons. The staff is totally oblivious to the concept of customer service. Even when we point out specific issues, such as spots on clothes or instructions of "NO CREASE" on pants, they just ignore you and do what they want. Pants are creased and no spots removed.
This Yale Cleaners location does a consistently excellent job. They provide outstanding customer service and have a very caring staff. I've been a long time customer for a reason. Christine does a great job of managing and training her staff to respond to a customer's needs. When picking up my clothes, I've experienced situations many times where a staff member recognizes my car and by the time I get to the counter to pick up my clothes they are already waiting for me. Fastest service in town! Great service with a smile. Had over 20 pieces of clothing and they were still finished that day!!!
Our family has been using Yale Cleaners for over 20 years and plan to continue using them in the future. They are efficient, produce excellent results and are competitive on price (when you use their coupons).
