0 maintenance, it isn't even worth getting to know the property managers because they're never here long enough to bother before quitting, the water isn't drinkable so plan on adding expense of good filters or hauling lot's of store bought water in constantly as it is literally brown and yes the entrance windows are a disgrace dead bugs and spider webs everywhere and the hallways smell terrible also nobody I've spoken to has ever gotten a call back from corporate headquarters either, I could write a book about the unpleasant... read more
I moved here in May. I have only seen our common area cleaned once. It was vacuumed & not very well. The windows, walls & stairways remain dirty. I have vacuumed around my door & hallway, cleaned windows & wiped down the mailbox. Other than that, I like my apartment. Oh they need to check the water softener..Its set too high or something.. Very slippery when wet. Also..there is never s manager here. When she is here, its not long. Very strange..
