Eddy was very professional and easy to work with; he always returned calls/texts immediately and completed the project within the estimated timeframe. He accommodated our last-minute requests with no problem. His crew was very uhfriendly and professional as well. We love our new patio and awning!
Eddy and his crew were wonderful! Eddy has an eye for aesthetics and thinks out of the box. Problems came up but none he couldn't solve. Communication was easy and frequent. As a GC Eddy subcontracts the very best specialists for electrical, plumbing and HVAC. We just love the new space he has created for us! I highly recommend Yalco.
Working with Eddy from Yalan Construction on our home renovation (porch conversion to dining room) was wonderful.
