From the minute I walked in I was welcomed by a lovely friendly receptionist Tash and then received excellent care and advice from Daniel who was also very friendly and professional, I highly recommend this centre I left feeling amazing.
First visit Monday 19th and was given no pain relief, just bombarded with talk about football.. next appointment was for Wednesday 21st which I cancelled Tuesday afternoon with an abrupt man answering phone like he was in a huge rush and almost out of breath, asking me who i was what time etc, then he replies ok done! Wednesday morning get a call asking me why I'm not there and have I " got my days mixed up?" and then told " thats odd!? I have been coming to Andrew at Yaksich Health Centre for around 15 years and I trust him implicitly with my ongoing neck and back issues. Having severe disc degeneration and osteoarthritis, I live with a lot of pain and Andrew’s osteopathy treatment is one of the key elements in helping me stay positive, healthy and fit.
