Yaklin Ford service center fought for what was right on my behalf. Just when I thought I was at a major loss, Yaklin came through. Demonstrating their customers come first. Maddison was always knowledgeable and professional when relaying the status of my vehicle, whether good or bad. She made the stressful situation much easier to deal with. We loved working with the staff, and service was top notch.
VERY DISAPPOINTED. I will Not be returning to this location and I will not recommend anyone visit this Yaklin Ford. Go somewhere else.. I arrived this morning at 7:40am to drop my vehicle off for an oil change. When I walked in, I was “welcomed” by a man who must hate his life. I was not welcomed in at all.
