Chemicals high in price, and service on your pool way over priced! 10,000 to install a pool liner when most others are charging 6,000 is rediculous and price gouging! Horrible!
This place is a joke and thankfully there are one or two much better options in the Yakima area. From trying to rip you off with any and every kind of chemical to having floor sales people who have no idea how to answer questions to a terrible service department who acts like they are doing you a favor....this place is horrible. These people installed a pool liner in 2018 and one of the corners came out. They put tape over it to "fix" the problem and then said to call when it's warm so they could just stretch it back in pl... read more
