Great doctor and great staff. Very informative and knowledgeable.
I run a dog rescue and use a different clinic in our area, as our primary veterinarian but Yakima Valley Veterinary Clinic has always been very gracious about getting our rescued dogs in to be seen, if our regular vet is too overwhelmed. The staff and veterinarians at this clinic are friendly, experienced and compassionate, which is always appreciated when presenting dogs in distress and pain. I would recommend them to anyone moving to the Yakima Valley and looking for excellent veterinary medical care.
Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Nawaz and Jessica the Vet Tech were really careful and attentive. Domingo was ready earlier than I expected and everything went well.
This was our first appointment as new patients (two adult dogs), and it was great. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and great with my boys. While we were waiting in the room, a call came in that a dog with severe burns had been found in White Swan and was on the way in. Staff made sure to let me know there could be a delay in our care if the dog arrived soon. Of course I was ok with that, but I really appreciated the communication.
