Dr. Rachel is very good at her job. It's nice to see a practitioner use her training and common sense to resolve the problem.
10/10, would recommend. I was seen on 9/9/2025 at around 1:20pm for small burn on my leg. The receptionists were friendly, even entertaining, as they sang some 90s hits while I waited to see the doctor. The nurse who took me in was professional and friendly, helping me feel comfortable and less anxious by making small conversation while she checked my vitals. Staff was friendly but doctor didn’t help with anything. I went in a couple months ago with what felt like strep. I asked to be tested and she said no need for test because she KNOWS it’s not strep from my symptoms. A few days later it got worse so i went to a different clinic and tested positive for strep. Now I went in again a few days ago due to a week of nausea with a fever. She told me she doesn’t know what it is and to just keep waiting. Didn’t give any advice on what to eat or any advice at all.
