Simply called last week stated my problem with my ex landlord and litteraly got nothing but attitude and treated horrible! Asked to speak to someone in charge and Patty ( which apparently is the highest one up) just talked over me and pretty much said deal with it😂 Wow what a great non profit! At this point I’ll pay the lawyer fees to get a real lawyer that is actually for the people💯🫡

Very helpful and they make a point to explain why things are done a certain way. Membership is a must if you are a housing provider, large or small. Laws change all the time and they are on top of it.
