Extremely friendly, Extremely welcoming. Very professional.
I can't speak for the clinic as a whole, but Dr Sharma turned out to be a waste of time AND money. I never felt my issues were properly addressed. She is unable to refer correctly. When she does refer for tests, I get hit with a $1000 bill. I never followed up with her again, and in the process have lost any faith in the healthcare system that I had left. So disappointed!
I started as a patient at this clinic a couple of months ago and I’m so happy I did. I’m met with nothing but kindness and efficiency by everyone who works there. I’m specifically a patient of Dr. Bellsmith and I highly recommend him for his knowledge, empathy, and willingness to find answers if he doesn’t have them. I’ve also used the social work and dietician services and they were also thorough and supportive.
I would give 0 stars if it let me. They constantly have told me my prescription is ready and it's not. The younger counter staff have obviously not been trained properly. Every issue is their systems fault. I thought the big pharmacies were bad. Do yourself a favor and run away!!
