I would give a 0 rating if I could. The gastroenterologist wasn’t the problem. He was great and thorough and felt he really listened to my mom and her concerns. It is the scheduling for endoscopies. Terrible!! They need a new system or new staff. Multiple attempts to reach to MA to get on schedule for dilation. Last time it ended with an emergency through the ER. I normally don’t write reviews because I work for Multicare and know we all have busy times but this is unacceptable.
After a month in pain and medication I was referred here and was told there was nothing wrong.No test or evaluations were done, and was ask to wait a couple of weeks before they can do any procedures...Too bad I had high hopes for this place.
