So when I finally got a referral from my doctor to get an overdue colonoscopy they call me and tell me I have an appointment on the 29th and then on the sixth both of August will be the pre-procedure appointment I go in on the sixth and she tells me my appointment is on 26 August OK fine then I get a letter from gastrology that it's on the 29th this was last Thursday I have been trying to contact them so I can find out the correct date can't seem to get through I even left a message on Friday so frustrating

I called this place to schedule an appt with Dr. Tan. I was told I’d need a referral from my PCP. Went and got one. It was faxed over to this office. I called today and I was told the referral was denied because it wasn’t “urgent enough.” A little bit about the issue: acid reflux of several months duration not responding to Famotidine 40mg three times a day (normal dose is 20mg twice daily) and diet modification.
