I have banked with Yakima federal for many years, but this year they destroyed that relationship. I went into the branch on 72nd ave in Yakima early on a midweek morning to withdraw cash to capitalize on a good deal purchasing a piece of equipment. I was not looking for a very large amount,<$10,000 ($8,200 to be exact) the teller Liz said they could not cover that cash withdrawal without ordering ahead and when I told her it was for a time sensitive cash purchase she demonstrated absolutely zero customer service in solving m... read more
