just had three fillings. itzel was very kind and so was dr. lewis! i didn’t catch the other doctors name that gave the local anesthetic or the assistant(?) but they were very kind too! thank you!
This was by far the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. I was so nervous and they made me feel so comfortable. I had all of my teeth pulled top and bottom and it only took like 30 min. I will never go anywhere else. The dentist is so nice and he asks you every few min if your ok. I highly recommend you make your next appt here! They never judged me once and that is a huge because it's hard to find a dentist that doesn't judge you.
Had a deep cleaning appointment for 3:30 Thursday. I get a reminder call and need to confirm today\ Wed at 9:41am. Then get a call at 12:21pm that my appointment been cancel. Problem is, I go to bed about 7:00am to 8:00am. So I was a sleep when Yakima Valley Dental called and left a message! Only had a 2 hours and 40 min window to call back! Why can't these reminder calls be place 2 days before appointment so a person has enough time to call back??? Off to find a dental service that handles these confirm appointments better.... read more
I went in today for an exposure and Bonding procedure to remove my impacted canine to bring down my adult one down. they were really quick I was put to sleep in less than a minute. it was done in about 30-40 minutes. thanks you for my new smile that will come together.
Edit: after recent Medicaid cuts the clinic straight up abandoned all Medicaid patients, and there’s nowhere to go—this is mostly the system being awful, but regardless, I’m never coming back here again in the future. These people are awful. I can never get through when calling, they never return voicemails, wait times are months out, and 2 weeks before my appointment they moved me back by ANOTHER MONTH, because "The dentist won't be in that day."
