They evict people for doing things they haven’t done, WITHOUT proof. Apparently me and my husband sat at our storage unit for over 2 hours, that’s really not possible when I have 2 kids, they are going off of someone who “took pictures” of us being there for 2+ hrs…. So why not check your security cameras????🤦♀️And we have to get everything out in one trip…And the lady over the phone had the worst attitude, was not helpful, and explained things to me like I’m 5 years old. They provided a great service! They are very friendly and they work to accommodate you! I will definitely use their services if needed in the future and I recommend anyone looking for a storage unit to use them!
My unit was clean and convenient. I had a problem with the roll up door (which I created) and they were very nice about it and fixed it right away. Great customer service. I would definitely use them again.
I have never had so much misunderstanding about the price of the unit was supposed 66 a month then all of sudden I have to have renter insurance price went up to 79 a month when on fix income every penny counts.locked me out of storage had to come up with 2 payments because I told them to t a ke the payment out by the 4th did not do that tried to take payment on the 6th then there was not enough money in my account.because I thought all my bills are payed by the 6th .now there another problem again I cannot get my stuff out ... read more
