Has been very positive experiences. I've been through a few times. They were quick and easy each time. People were friendly and thorough.
Booked appointments for all 4 of our family members. Drove through the snow to get there. They closed the gates on us as we arrived and said they couldn’t accept anyone additional due to snow. I had confirmed the appointments and had no prior warning of cancellation. It was a waste of our time and very disappointing. Update your website and accept people who have made the trip.
