Had an insurance claim that was set to send my vehicle here. Upon getting the vehicle towed, the shop then rejected taking my car because it wasn’t drivable. The shop person was incredibly rude and treated the tow service man very poorly.
Personally, I would save myself a headache. Go at your own risk. They did a decent job the SECOND time. It did feel like I was a bother to them. I’m sure they were extremely annoyed with me. But when you get sloppy service a customer has a right to speak up. Did waist my time off work having to pick up and drop off my vehicle. Waisted my gas and waisted someone else’s time because I needed a ride picking up and dropping off my car. Just do your research !!
I just picked up my Toyota Avalon and she looks great! This is the second time I’ve brought my car in for body work. The first time was when someone rear ended me in a parking lot. After they repaired it, my trunk looks brand new. Then, I was down at Union Gap Sinclairs going to fill up with gas and it was really windy. When I opened my door the wind yanked it out of my hands and slammed it against a cement post!! I brought it to Caliber because I trusted them so much from first repair. Caliber collision fixed my Jeep after my collision and it looks brand new. They did a fantastic job. Also they kept me up to date on when they received parts and estimated a time when my Jeep would be done and they actually finished early which I was surprised I thought my Jeep would actually be there longer than there estimated date of it being done because of all the damage I did to it.
