My car was giving me trouble and it was the crankshaft position sensor. I first took it to quick lube and they replaced it and within a few months my car started acting up again so I went back to quick lube but they didn't have record of them changing the sensor and unfortunately I lost the receipt of the work they did so I decided to go somewhere else. Coming over White pass I hit something in the road HARD! When I pulled into Yakima my car was leaking oil badly. In a panic I called the first place I saw pop up, and I am so thankful I called them! Nathan got me in right away to check it out! Sarah was very friendly and helpful, she had even baked cookies for customers. The only problem is they are not located in Eatonville where I live, lol. They were awesome!
I drive an older 2012 Jeep liberty (KK 4x4) that was displaying the dreaded "check engine light". "Transmission failure" is something NO ONE wants to hear, but this was my reality. The team at Yakima Automotive took my concern and worked to get me a gently-used transmission within my price-range and installed it clean without any issues. Now the Jeep drives smoother than when I got it. 5-stars!
Took my mom there to pick up her car for the 3rd time. This place does not know how to diagnose A/C. Third visit and a new $1300 bill the guy was so ignorant to the fact that this shouldn't be acceptable but we are desperate in this 100 degree weather my elderly mom paid. This would not be acceptable in my field and I pray we don't see this shop again
I was recommended to this shop from a forum. Very professional, courteous. Reasonable prices. Transparent. I agree with others so far. Also, cute doggie - Bo is a handsome fella who oversaw the service.
