Yakima Athletic Club is a good club with bad owner The owner, Mike Pratt, is extremely unproffessional and does not have a clue how to handle customer complaints and problems. He litterally walked away & left the gym avoiding a situtation that could have easily been resolved had he had any business sense. Mr. Pratt I am sorry that you have short man's disease, but sometimes you just have to suck up a little in order to keep your customers happy.
