Fantastic service. I have bought many quality compressors here over the years for my roofing business. The most recent one I bought developed a hole in the tank so I bought a replacement. Later John called and said that even though it was out of warranty he spoke to the manufacturer, told them it was not a common problem for the age of the compressor and the mfr provided a replacement at no charge! Thanks John!!

The customer service at yakima air compressor is second to none! As a business owner myself I am constantly talking with sales associates from one place or another. I have never met a sales associate that was competent enough to completely explain to me something I have never installed in my life. With their help and less than one day I was able to restore and install the electrical circuitry on an old 240 volt 3 phase air compressor.

This is a very honest company. They could have sold me a $100 part that I was ready to buy, instead they asked a few more questions and was able to figure out my problem and gave me a little needle pin for free. Great customer service!
