The teachers, coaches, staff, principal and students are the best ever... It's a small private school but growing each year. I am always amazed by how well mannered the students are.. I have always felt welcomed as a parent/guardian. Even though I'm not native and most likely one of the few white elders... I feel a secure calm when I walk into tribal school.. The Cultural aspect is all I can really recommend about YNTS these days. The past couple of years the management has had it's struggles. Change in management equals change in the curriculum, which has seriously DECLINED from what it was just two years ago. Our students were excelling in so many ways and they got caught up with their credits and passed what was needed! I graduated in 1989 if that school wasn’t there. I wouldn’t have graduated and do what I do today.. I’m back in college technical institute Perry tech and about ready to graduate as a certified Ag Diesel Tech

I am an alumni..graduated 1982...I have noticed improvements and growth at the school. I pray that our children will get a new state of the art facility within the next 5 years...:)
