My overall experience with this office started out positive but became increasingly frustrating as my pregnancy progressed. In the beginning, I was seen almost immediately at appointments, but later on, I often waited up to an hour in the exam room for very brief check-ins. This happened in the end of January into February. I was referred to Dr. Cheng by the VA, so I had no choice but to go to her. If I had my choice, I would not have gone to her. Scheduling my first appointment wasn’t bad, but it was 4 weeks out. Had I been seen sooner, they would have caught my ectopic pregnancy and I wouldn’t have had to go through what I did. I’ve been going to Dr. Cheng for years! She delivered our 21 year old son! Love Dr. Cheng and her staff. Very friendly and accommodating!
