Hello. Sorry this happened to you. I do not work for optical outlets. I am an optometrist working for Lens crafters.
I had an appointment for an eye exam that I scheduled weeks ago (for a Saturday because it is hard for me to get transportation) and when I got there they told me they could not confirm my insurance. I let them know I was self pay but when they checked they said apparently the doctor had left for the day because the doctor read the notes in the system saying my insurance couldn’t be confirmed.
