Dr. Siddiq is hardworking, explains anything you ask. I always ask to see him. He will work thru lunch, to get patients seen. He has a busy office, I don't mind the wait, it is worth it. Great Doctor.
I find the Dr. to be just OK. I got a brief description of what my illness was and how to fix it without many other alternatives ( I expected as much) but I absolutely would not recommend the 3825 Medical Park Drive location in Austell. Jennifer, Sheena and Kayla are pretty terrible front office personnel. I had my 1st experience with bad service & was told to find another physician if I didn't like it. If the staff is poor before you get to the doctor, why bother in the first place.
Negative -5 stars. He's awful! Waiting rm time was 3 hrs, then when I did get called back, I was put in a chair for 45 mins STILL waiting for a rm. Once he came in the room, he just looked at me and said he didnt think anything was wrong with me. Without giving me any tests, blood work, etc. Then I got a phone call on Monday telling me I needed to start taking meds immediately. Funny for a doctor who took one look at me and said nothing was wrong. More to him, but no room to write it all out.
