If I could give zero stars I would. This hack of a doctor lets patients lead him and proceeds to prescribe dangerous drugs to teenagers. His office hides behind HIPPA and will not let a parent even talk to him.
Incredibly uncaring and dismissive. Didn’t even talk to me or look at my injuries before telling me he couldn’t help me. Would not recommend.

Dr. Chiou is a very soft spoken, caring and knowledgable Physician. I really love his bedside manner. I completely depend on him to help me with my healthcare needs. His staff is friendly and sweet as can be! I just wish they would move back to Battleground! I would give Dr. Chiou 10 Stars, if I could!
