This office is an absolute nightmare. You practically have to beg for them to care for their patients. I spent weeks calling to get an important procedure scheduled for my dad, that should have been done while he was still inpatient. Then I spent weeks calling daily and sending mychart messages while my dad was having a reaction to a medication they prescribed after finally doing the procedure.
