I had a great experience with Yahan Inc. The team was professional, helpful, and scheduled my installation faster than expected. The retractable awning looks amazing, works smoothly, and has made my patio so much more comfortable. Highly recommend!
The awning frame started rusting after just three months, and they refused to honor the warranty.
The awning arrived two weeks late, and when it finally came, the fabric was torn in several places. Customer service was rude and unhelpful.
