I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but I’ve reached my limit. I’ve been seeing Dr. Lopez for about two years, and I’ve never had an issue with her, only with the office staff. Trust me, save yourself the headache. On numerous occasions, I’ve had to reschedule appointments because they didn’t have me on the schedule. The worst office ever! No one ever picks up the phone, answers any questions, or provides good customer service.
