Tried the Black Tonkotsu Ramen with normal noodles and normal options on the broth. Ramen overall is very fragrant and looks wonderful. Noodle is nice and has a nice texture and bounce to it. The broth does not hold back the pork broth flavors. However for my taste, I feel like the normal option for the broth lacks a bit of salt. For a ~$20 ramen, super mid. Pork broth ramen was super salty, and the normal noodles were almost as big as udons. The thin noodles are actual ramen noodles. Super salty and had some bitter tasting black oil that they don't warn you about. Mid at best. Good customization opens though lol
