Good luck trying to speak to someone after they have placed you on hold for 15-20min!!! Seriously guys the management of this place need to get there act together and actual manage this place. Appointments are all over the place, you can’t speak to someone.
The doctors here are the best of the best. Also the receptionists Samar and Houda is fanastic as well
The doctors are amazing and the receptionist Samar was so nice and respectful towards me and my family. She managed to make me see the doctor quick which was really helpful of her.
Same as other people mentioned on here. Made appointment, got seen 2 hours later after having to ask numerous times how long more and then told same story as other people asking. Just one more person. Sitting with sick child and you see people coming in , waiting 5 min and then being seen by doctor. Yet you with appointments wait 2 hours. Will never go again. They just book as many people as they can because it’s the same as everywhere in Sydney. Money and greed.
