This is the worst healthcare management I have experienced in my life. I tried to book a Sunday appointment several days in advance but was told by receptionist that they can only book on Sunday. So, I called at the centre exactly at 9am, only to be told that they were fully booked. This has happened ti me twice now even calling before 9am On another occasion, I went with my family at 9:10 and they said they were fully booked. Called this clinic and made a booking a week in advance, had my name, number and email taken down for the appointment and was told that I was in fact booked in and was given a debrief on what I would need for the appointment and how long it would take. I called on the day to confirm the time to arrive, only to be told I "supposedly" didn't have a booking and one was never made for me. I then checked my calls to confirm I had called the right place, and still, same number, same place, same name and yet no booking was made for... read more
Good luck trying to speak to someone after they have placed you on hold for 15-20min!!! Seriously guys the management of this place need to get there act together and actual manage this place. Appointments are all over the place, you can’t speak to someone.
The doctors here are the best of the best. Also the receptionists Samar and Houda is fanastic as well
