Front desk staff is incompetent and cannot enter information correctly into their system. I was denied twice and ultimately had to cancel my appointment due to an issue on their end.

I've been going here for the past 3 years only for an annual physical. This most recent visit was very frustrating given the incompetent, unprofessional and rude staffs. For reference, I am a healthcare provider. I have a needle phobic so usually look away when my labs are drawn however, towards the end I realized that the MA who obtained my lab samples did it in the wrong sequence which can lead to contamination of the samples and potentially causing inaccurate test results. Highly recommend. Dr Yager and his staff are all great. One thing I always look for in a doctor is that they make sure to understand the actual problem before just sending you home with pills - I'm very happy with the care I've gotten here.
