Cant share details of my experience because all they know how to do is put people on hold and leave them there.

The staff is nice and the facility is very well kept. Waiting time is not to bad. I will say my 5 year old was not very still and was playing around to much and the dr told me he needed glasses per his exam. I did not agree seeing as my son really wasn’t paying any attention to the instructions and was being silly And fooling around. But other then that i like the place.
Service has continued to go down hill. I've seen 4 doctors since I have gone there. The most recent debacle has been the distributor of their contact lenses not having my lenses in stock. So they ordered them from an outside company and couldn't use my insurance. I was told 2-3 day shipping. Its been 5 business days so far. Not impressed. Its time for a new eye doctor.
The eye exam is done by assistants, there is always a long wait to enter the exam room even if you arrive promptly, and on my last visit I told the doctor that I wanted to switch to a two week lens. He ordered me dailies...
