Disrespectful receptionist or whoever answers the phone! Someone in pain calling to get information and while she is talking to you, she puts you on hold to get another call. Ridiculous!
I find Dr. Yaffe to be an amazingly awesome doctor/surgeon! He is very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. I have been seeing him since I was 23 years old, 25 years ago when he removed my colon after I was diagnosed with FAP (Familial Adenomatous Polyposis). I couldn’t ask for a better specialist. Very thankful to be his patient.
Dr Yaffe took care of my abdominal issue for me. He was easy to talk to, explained the procedure in words I understood, ( in other words, he dumbed it down for me. He has amazing bedside manner snd his Office staff were so accomadating to the fact I was from out of town. I have continued to recommend him to anyone I know who has similiar issues as I had. The symptoms have not returned at all. Thank You Dr.Yaffe.
