Professional and good patient manner. Old looking office , but she is good for diagnosing
Doctor Yaffe is a very knowledgeable, personable, and caring doctor. After seeking several opinions, she was able to immediately and rightly diagnose my symptoms. She was very thorough in her treatment and referred me to other specialist doctors to fully take care of my condition. As a retired executive, I found Doctor Yaffe to be caring, compassionate, and very helpful. This is rare in the current medical environment. She will be my doctor for the rest of my life. She has my highest recommendation.
After waiting for months for my appointment, what seemed like a call center called and canceled and rescheduled my appointment for another month later, then a few weeks later canceled again. No explanation, no offering a different provider, very loud call center sounding environment, barely speaking English or understanding what I'm saying. Terrible customer service, and no respect for patients who are suffering and needing medical attention.
In January 2023, I experienced my first ischemic stroke.
