Was referred to Yadkin Physical Therapy for tension headaches for physical therapy to help release knots in upper back & neck. Your site says hands on which I never received, used vibrator thing on spine which hurt then a laser on shoulders while I was telling him I did not want it & kept using. Did not explain any side effect before using. I told them I had bad osteoporosis in spine & was ignored. For an elderly female this should been an option before doing. I will be recommending YPT to anyone I know that may need physical therapy. The front desk staff were very polite, kind, and very helpful. The young lady who took my vitals and went over my reason for making an appointment with me was very patient with me. My appointment was with Dr. Kaleb Hill. I was very impressed with how he took time to hear my concerns and I never once felt rushed during the whole appointment.
