Showed up for my scheduled appointment only to find out that there was no one there to see me. Office staff stated they tried to call but we didn't receive any messages or txt from them. Very frustrating after taking off earley from work for the appointment
I had a problem because they charged me virtual appointments as if they were physical appointments and I called my insurance and my insurance told they reported them as physical appointments for me to pay since my insurance covers 100% virtual appointments
