I am a current tenant of Yada Properties in Truro, I have had many issues with them sense them becoming landlords. My main issues is my needs not being met, yet I do pay decent for the place I’m in. However, I am still a tenant and they are still landlords with responsibilities. I have been asking for a signature for over two weeks and all I get is the middle man saying he’s not authorized, I’m paid up on my rent and if you have any issue that’s what they will ask. This company is 100% a scam , communication with them is impossible. We asked them to replace their broken fridge and it never happens. Then, we couldn't put food on the freezer for 2 months. Please other tenants , YOU MUST READ this or you will suffer if you choose to rent with them!!!. To the company : “You hurt many people, one day you will get what you deserve.”
Communication is unreal. If you pay deposits make sure you take it off your last months rent, you wont get it back They wont answer emails or calls. Worst rental company ever
