They will try to double charge you for rent, even if you have proof showing it is paid
***Do not use this company - worst company in the area and shady business practices *** They agreed to manage my property in New Glasgow. They collected rent on my behalf from November 2024 and I am still trying to get that money transferred to me in July 2025. Then, when the tenants stopped paying in December 2024 they did absolutely nothing for months on end, never once drove out to the property in 6 months, and it became impossible to get a hold of anyone. I am a current tenant of Yada Properties in Truro, I have had many issues with them sense them becoming landlords. My main issues is my needs not being met, yet a do pay decent for the place I’m in. However, I am still a tenant and they are still landlords with responsibilities. I have been asking for a signature for over two weeks and all I get is the middle man saying he’s not authorized, I’m paid up on my rent and if you have any issue that’s what they will ask.
