I am a new owner of a Greenline 48 Hybrid Fly. Had a great customer service experience with YSI this week. While on a cruise, we had major Volvo shifting issues with my GL 39 Hybrid. Udo responded on a Saturday afternoon and walked us through the likely issues. He jumped on the phone with the Volvo tech to explain the Greenline system and between the two of them they properly diagnosed the problem as a Volvo solenoid issue. Great to be able to phone a friend in a pinch.
I contacted Jenny Hays at Yacht Sales International regarding purchasing a vessel she had listed for $150,000. I made an offer of $140,000, I felt like this was a reasonable offer that should have been presented to the seller. During our discussions, the broker stated that she would send the $140,000 offer for my signature and even asked whether I wanted it sent that evening or the following morning.
