Horrible experience. Received text from Ray at 5:45 pm about a boat he had. I replied right away that I was interested. He knew I lived 3 1/2 hours away. Got up early to go see boat and half way got a text from Ray that it went under contract last night?!?!?! He sent me text at 5:45 pm last night. So when last night did it go under contract? Why not respond to my interest to say sorry it just went under contract? This is how these salesmen get the rap they have. And for sure, I will never purchase boat from Yachts360 ever!
Billy Kilgore at Yachts 360 helped me find the boat we’d been searching for. He worked diligently to make the deal happen. Billy is very knowledgeable of all kinds of boats and a marine enthusiast. He was always willing and open to discuss the boat in detail answering any questions I asked. It never failed that he would return my calls as soon as possible. Billy even participated during the survey trial at my request. Billy will be the first person I call for my next boat purchase!
