Up to the point of closing, I would have rated this brokerage 5 stars. Mario exceeded my expectations in terms of his responsiveness and good communication. Within less than a week, I had identified the boat, Mario answered all of my questions, I arrived to sea trial the boat and I closed on the boat for what I felt was a market fair price. Caution! We purchased a 68’ 2021 Sirena from this company and have been chasing them for more than 4 months to make good on their contractual agreed repair to no avail. Would appear that they are blatantly ignoring our request and not returning calls as an effort not just to postpone, but to put off payment entirely. In the one response we did get from one of the owners he seemed to suggest that he had no legal responsibility even though it was him who signed the contract. Buyer Beware
Came from New York Sate to Jacksonville Florida to look at a $25,000 fishing boat. Had numerous communications with your salesman, booked the flight to Jacksonville and notified salesman, he confirmed our meeting. The day I was to arrive he informed me he couldn't meet with me, another person would show and test drive boat. The person that showed up new nothing about the boat, we took the boat test ride everything seemed fine. This is my first google review, that's how upset and unacceptable my experience was. I am a first time boat owner and working with Mark Beloyan with Yachts 360 was one of the worst experience I have ever had. The bad experience was 100% due to my sales rep. It's obvious the only thing he cared about was making a commission. Once the check clears and there is a problem your trusted sales rep is no where to be found.
