This is my first google review, that's how upset and unacceptable my experience was. I am a first time boat owner and working with Mark Beloyan with Yachts 360 was one of the worst experience I have ever had. The bad experience was 100% due to my sales rep. It's obvious the only thing he cared about was making a commission. Once the check clears and there is a problem your trusted sales rep is no where to be found. I worked with Rick W. from Yachts360 to purchase a Key West. He was great to deal with and helped out tremendously in assisting with not just pick up of the vessel but helping to secure a trailer and other parts of the process. I was lucky to deal with him as a first time boat buyer.
