Came from New York Sate to Jacksonville Florida to look at a $25,000 fishing boat. Had numerous communications with your salesman, booked the flight to Jacksonville and notified salesman, he confirmed our meeting. The day I was to arrive he informed me he couldn't meet with me, another person would show and test drive boat. This is my first google review, that's how upset and unacceptable my experience was. I am a first time boat owner and working with Mark Beloyan with Yachts 360 was one of the worst experience I have ever had. The bad experience was 100% due to my sales rep. It's obvious the only thing he cared about was making a commission. Once the check clears and there is a problem your trusted sales rep is no where to be found. I worked with Rick W. from Yachts360 to purchase a Key West. He was great to deal with and helped out tremendously in assisting with not just pick up of the vessel but helping to secure a trailer and other parts of the process. I was lucky to deal with him as a first time boat buyer.
