I had exceptional service from Jeremey at Yachting Solutions. I had my young family cruising Penobscot bay for a week this summer. During the first couple days I developed a steering issue where I lost control to both engines. Jeremey met us on the dock in Rockport and was able to trouble shoot, diagnose the issue and get us up and running again so we could enjoy the rest of the week. Can’t recommend them enough!
Just had one of the best service experiences EVER. Hit a rock 2 days ago with our brand new Nimbus C9 and destroyed the engine lower unit. While waiting for a tow boat, called our sales rep Bob Chase, who immediately patched me through to Josh, one of their service techs. Josh had me text a picture of the lower unit and confirmed a total replacement was needed. Because I had family coming into town 4 days later, Josh rushed to call Mercury and before the tow boat even arrived he had ordered a new unit for overnight delivery.... read more
