If I could give negative stars I would! I have been trying to get our boat registered since May 2025 when we purchased the boat. We paid the registration fees and did everything right on our end. I’ve spoken to managers and still as of February 2026 nothing has been done! A BBB complaint has been filed and a suit will be filed soon as well. Enough is enough. Hard company to get a hold of and not very helpful. They have regularly missed timelines and though it has been months since I purchased my vessel, they still have not been able to get any of my title information to me. Out of my multiple boat purchases- this has been the slowest and most difficult group I have had to work with.
Wow. Where do I start? Bought the boat in February and no return calls during this entire ordeal. It is now June. We had to make the calls and fax in the proper paperwork ourselves. Why did we pay you money for a service we provided ourselves? Don't recommend or suggest anyone use this company. They won't answer the phone, they won't return calls, and they give out incorrect email info to send important documents. Purchasing the boat and closing on the loan was relatively easy. However, that's where it stops. Boat registration nor the trailer title has been sent in. Ive been sitting here with the boat for over a month now and haven't been able to use it. Terrible service once the sale was completed. I've called multiple times throughout the week and sent messages, left voicemails, I have heard nothing back. I paid a fee to have this done and the work isn't being completed. We already had a signed purchase agreement with our buyer. We involved Yacht closer to help with the documentation and wire transfer. They stopped responding to us. Our sale fell through as a result. I can't believe this company.
