Cannot recommend Yacht Works enough to people! Our first experience with them was this summer after having mechanical issues with our boat. My first contact was with Laura, who was just awesome and on a SATURDAY told me to bring the boat over and the guys would have a look. I trailered the boat to their yard, then Sam and a few mechanics immediately got into the boat and tried to identify the issue. Thank you yachtworks- you saved my bacon today! My S hooks for my travel trailer safety chains came off on the way here. They helped make a new hook work and get the coffee pin out so I can connect to the chain on my trailer. I only made an .80 purchase - I wish I could support you more. Great place for campers and boaters.
Amazing service!!! I need some help with getting paperwork for a boat trailer that I did not purchase from Yacht works, however I need original documents that they had on file as they were the original selling dealer. Vicky went above and beyond what anyone would be expected to do and found me the paperwork I needed. I was not even Her customer, very organized and efficient, imagine how well they would look after you as one of their customers!!!! Thank you again for your service Shawn
