What a great place! We stayed on the 11th floor which had views to die for! Dolphins, manatees and lots of boats and pontoons. Mitch who does duty at the carpark entrance is great to chat to.
I can only give a description of what it looked like to me because I work the gate house. When I have driven around the property or as I stand and look at everything it appears and is a very nice place but like everything else right now on the Barrier Islands. This residential area is working on bouncing back and they are doing a very good job of it. The residents that I have gotten a meat so far are very nice and very welcoming which makes it a very nice place
Echoing what others have said, there is one security guard that is an absolute bother. He is always rude when I arrive (been coming since 2018). Politely asked where they had an air compressor or pump for our bikes and was told he “doesn’t know of any” (golf carts for staff are abundant, I don’t buy that). The pool hours not extending until 10 PM is an oddity. Why install lights in the pool and spa? The lack of a badge accessible pedestrian gate near the northwest edge of the complex is perplexing.
