We had the absolute privilege this year of purchasing our third sailboat, with the help of Max Shaw through the Yacht Sales West Sidney branch. Max is extremely professional, knowledgeable, diligent, fair and went above and beyond to help us with this purchase to make it as pleasant an experience for us as the buyers, and I believe for the seller as well as it could be. We have sold one boat, purchased two boats, and have had service work done through Yacht Sales West. Dave, Richard and the rest of the team have been great. They've been extremely responsive to questions, and helped us through every aspect of our sales, purchase, and any work needed.
Max and YSW did a great job helping us get the boat that exceeded the needs and wants of both me and my wife, keep up the great work team!
Max Shaw helped us both with the purchase and sale of our bluewater sailboat. He is extremely knowledgeable, understanding all aspects of bluewater cruising, which was very re-assuring. He also understood all aspects of a high value purchase like this and was able to guide us through the process, with no surprises.
