I am a marine mechanic and motor yacht rigger with 25+ years in the industry. Yacht Masters was by far the most toxic and hostile work environment i have ever worked in, it's been ten years and i still have nightmares
The rigging and nav. light work by Kent was fantastic. Unfortunately the electrical work with my battery system was a complete disaster. they installed it and it never work correctly. I am going some where else to get it done right. Huge financial loss.
Yacht Masters is next to my dock, after a crash during Duck Dodge of my small 24' boat. I needed a new forestay installed. Called YachtMasters NW the next day and they had it repaired within 48 hours. Called, left VM for receptionist, she called back that day, helped me make an appointment with the right guy. After several years and multiple trips around the country, we finally selected a blue-water capable 1988 Norseman 400 sailboat located in Seattle. We needed to sail the boat home to Portland and plan to cruise the world, so knowing the true condition of the boat was imperative. A full survey was completed prior to purchase.
